Natural flaky sea salt is smoked over sweet apple wood chips, creating a tasty, savory flavor. Use to season or cure fish, shellfish, poultry, pork, sausage, ham and bacon. Can also be used to finish salads, sauces & soups, and is a great addition to any homemade spice blend, salt cure or brine.  For a real treat, try pressing about 1/2 tsp. of Applewood smoked Sea Salt into each side of a steak or chop, about 30 minutes before grilling. The delicious smoked flavor will melt into the meat, and provided a rich, smoky flavor.  It's also terrific on white fish, salmon and trout.
